2. Delivery Timelines

Our commitment to you includes clear expectations regarding when your order will arrive. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our carrier partners.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
  • Processing & Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday). This involves quality checks, tailoring finalizations (if applicable), and secure packaging.
  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days. This is the estimated time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep within the domestic US.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Communication is the foundation of our service. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility in Amissville, Virginia, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email.

This email includes your Tracking ID. You can use this ID on the respective carrier's website or visit our Order Tracking page to see exactly where your package is. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking data to update in the carrier's system.

5. Addressing Issues & Troubleshooting

A. Missing Items in Your Order

We take quality control seriously, but errors may occasionally occur. If you receive your package and find an item is missing, please contact support@vibecouture.shop within 48 hours. We will investigate our warehouse logs and immediately arrange for the missing item to be sent or issue a refund.

B. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you realize an error has been made, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet entered the processing phase, we can update the address for you. However, once an order is shipped, we cannot redirect it. In cases where the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

C. Package Damaged or Stolen

In the unfortunate event that your garment arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take photos as evidence. Contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement.

6. Cancellations and Changes

While we strive for perfection, Vibecouture is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather, carrier strikes, or customs holdups for international orders. We will, however, work tirelessly to assist you in tracking and receiving your package as quickly as possible.
