To manage expectations accurately, we define our delivery timeline through two primary phases: Handling Time and Transit Time. The total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your address.
Our daily processing cycle is determined by our cut-off time.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or during the weekend/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Currently, Vibecouture ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We ensure that our tote bags can reach all 50 states. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout; we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the “Handling” phase. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we cannot redirect the package.
