Return and Refund Policy
At Vibecouture, customer satisfaction is at the core of our business. We take great care in designing and shipping our tote bags, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be straightforward, fair, and transparent.
- Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your tote bag to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The tote bag must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@vibecouture.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday).
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address: 3371 Silkwood Ln, Pace, FL 32571, United States.
- Please package the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own shipping label from their preferred carrier.
- Return and Restocking Fees
We aim to make the process as stress-free as possible:
- Restocking Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
- Return Shipping Costs: * For defective products or shipping errors, Vibecouture will cover the return shipping costs.
- For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Refund Timeline and Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Refund Processing Time: Within 7 business days.
- Credit Method: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vibecouture.shop.
- Exchanges
We accept exchanges for any items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different style or color, please contact us within 30 days. For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new tote bag.
- Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@vibecouture.shop within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the handling phase (1-2 days), we may not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process.
