However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to be as clear and fair as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

1. The 30-Day Return Guarantee

At Vibecouture, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your shirt must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return Request

To ensure a professional and smooth process, all returns must be initiated via email. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

  • Step 1: Email us at support@vibecouture.shop within 30 days of delivery.
  • Step 2: Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs.
  • Step 3: Our support team will review your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions.

3. Specific Return Scenarios

A. Change of Mind / Personal Preference

If you decide the style is not for you or you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return the item. At Vibecouture, we want your experience to be risk-free, so we cover the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns within the United States. There is no restocking fee for any returned items.

B. Damaged or Defective Items

We perform rigorous quality checks on our Dress Shirts. If, however, you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or physical damage, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

C. Incorrect Item Received

In the rare event that we ship the wrong size, color, or model, please notify our team. We will correct the error by providing a prepaid shipping label for the return and expedited shipping for the correct item.

D. Items Not Received (Lost in Transit)

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if the package is significantly overdue, please reach out to us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.

4. Refund Timeline and Method

Once your returned item is received at our Virginia facility and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

We believe in transparent pricing and fair service. We have eliminated the common hidden costs associated with online shopping returns:

  • Return Shipping: Paid by Vibecouture (Free for the customer).
  • Restocking Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge a fee to put items back into inventory).
  • Original Shipping: If you paid for shipping on the original order, this is generally non-refundable unless the item was defective.

6. Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@vibecouture.shop within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return Policy.
