Q: What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 24 hours of the "Delivered" status, please contact us at support@vibecouture.shop so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Dress Shirt, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Q: How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
