Order Cancellation & Change Policy

At Vibecouture, we understand that sometimes plans change or an accidental selection occurs while shopping for your favorite women's Dress Shirts. Because we aim for the fastest possible processing and shipping times to get our elegant garments to your doorstep, there is a specific window available for modifications. This policy outlines how you can request a cancellation or change to your order.
1. The 12-Hour Grace Period
We provide a strictly monitored 12-hour window from the moment you place your order to request any changes or a full cancellation. During this timeframe, our logistics team has not yet finalized the picking and packing process, allowing us to intervene in the system.
- Cancellation: You may request a full cancellation of your order for a 100% refund.
- Changes: You may request a change in size, color, or shipping address.
Once this 12-hour window has passed, the order is electronically transmitted to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified or halted.
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To ensure your request is documented and handled promptly, all requests must be submitted in writing via email. Please follow these instructions:

- Content: Clearly state if you wish to cancel the entire order or specify exactly what information needs to be changed (e.g., "Change size from M to L" or "Update shipping address").
3. Cancellation Fees
We believe in a transparent and customer-friendly shopping experience. Therefore, Vibecouture does not charge any cancellation fees. If your request is received within the 12-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method without any deductions for processing or administrative costs.
4. If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped
If you contact us after the 12-hour window or if our logistics team has already dispatched your package before your email was processed, we cannot stop the shipment. In this scenario:
- The package will continue its journey to the destination address provided at checkout.
- You will need to receive the package first and then initiate a return process in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Please note that for shirts already in transit, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you must return the item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
5. Address Change Requests
It is vital to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. While we try our best to accommodate address changes within the 12-hour window, Vibecouture is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase was inaccurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
6. Refunds Following Cancellation
Once your cancellation request is confirmed and processed by our team, the refund is issued immediately. However, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. Generally, this takes 5 business days. All refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
