Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders delivered within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my tote bag? A: The total delivery time is between 3 – 8 business days. This includes:

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 2 – 6 business days (Monday – Friday).

Q: What is the order cut-off time? A: Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Q: Which carriers do you use? A: We ship all our orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

  1. ORDER UPDATES & CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order enters the handling phase and cannot be modified. Please email us at support@vibecouture.shop immediately for urgent requests.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund? A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Are there any restocking fees? A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returns.
