Intellectual Property Claim Policy

3. Our Response Procedure

• We will notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) and provide them with a copy of the claim.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Vibecouture takes intellectual property very seriously. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
