Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or during the weekend/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Once your package is handed over to the carrier (completion of Handling Time), the responsibility for the physical transit lies with the courier. However, our support team remains your primary point of contact for any logistics inquiries.

Currently, Vibecouture ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We ensure that our tote bags can reach all 50 states. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout; we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be processed if the order has not yet entered the “Handling” phase. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we cannot redirect the package.

  1. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
  2. Contact the local branch of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of the “Delivered” timestamp so we can assist in initiating a trace with the courier.
