Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

At Vibecouture, we strive to process and ship your tote bags as quickly as possible. Because our internal systems are optimized for efficiency, there is a limited window of time to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed.

  1. Cancellation Window

If you change your mind shortly after ordering, you may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Status: The order must not have entered the “Handling” or “Processing” phase.
  • Fee: There is no fee for cancellations made within this 6-hour window. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  1. Order Modifications (Address or Item Changes)

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address or change the specific tote bag style in your order:

  • Timeframe: Modification requests must be submitted within 6 hours of order placement.
  • Process: Please email support@vibecouture.shop immediately with the subject line: “URGENT: Order Change #[Your Order Number]”.
  • Limitations: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we cannot modify the shipping address or the contents of the package.
  1. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Since our Handling Time is 1-2 business days, orders often move into the fulfillment stage very quickly.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.
  • In this case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item for a refund (30-day return window applies).
  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Vibecouture is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to our facility (3371 Silkwood Ln, Pace, FL 32571) due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
  • Please note that the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.
  1. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To ensure your request is handled before the order ships, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your order number in your confirmation email.
  2. Email support@vibecouture.shop as soon as possible.
  3. Include your full name, order number, and the specific change you wish to make.
